The developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") of SafeDrunk (hereinafter referred to as the "App") respects the privacy of the users of the App (hereinafter referred to as "Users") and pays close attention to the management of Users' personal information.

App Usage Data
The App stores data set by the User, such as "Apps to Block," "Unlock Time," and "Difficulty Level," only within the User's device (Apple's UserDefaults, FamilyControls framework, etc.). This data is used only to provide the functions of the App and is never sent to the Developer's server or shared with third parties.

Inquiry Information
When a User makes an inquiry regarding the App, the Developer may acquire the User's email address and the content of the inquiry. This information will be used only for responding to inquiries and improving the service.
Article 2 (Advertising and Analysis Tools)
The App does not use any advertising distribution SDKs that track user behavior history or third-party analysis tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.).
Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Developer will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the User's consent in advance, except in the following cases.
- When required by law
- When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned
- When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either in executing the affairs prescribed by law and obtaining the consent of the person concerned is likely to impede the execution of such affairs
Article 4 (Compliance with GDPR and Overseas Laws)
The App respects data protection laws of each country, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Data Minimization: The App processes only the minimum data necessary for providing functions within the device and does not collect personally identifiable data on external servers.
- Data Control: Users can immediately delete all app data stored on the device by uninstalling the App.
- Response to Inquiries: If a User requests the deletion or correction of personal information (email address, etc.) acquired in connection with an inquiry, the Developer will respond promptly after verifying the identity of the User.
Article 5 (Change of Privacy Policy)
The content of this policy may be changed without notifying the User, except for matters otherwise provided by law or this policy. The changed Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this page.
