Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using SafeDrunk (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to these Terms by using the App.
Article 1 (Applicability)
- These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the App between the User and the developer of the App (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer").
- By installing or using the App, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Content)
- The App provides a function to restrict the launch of specific applications until a time specified by the User.
- The App provides a function to temporarily lift the restriction by solving calculation problems.
- The Developer may change the content of the App or discontinue the provision of the App without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User thereby.
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
- The App physically restricts the use of specific applications under specified conditions and may not be able to be lifted even in an emergency.
- Users shall use the App at their own responsibility after securing emergency contact means (telephone, message apps, etc.).
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User or a third party by the use of the App (including but not limited to damages due to inability to make emergency contact, loss of opportunity, data loss, etc.).
- The Developer does not expressly or impliedly warrant that the App is free from de facto or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
In using the App, Users must not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the App's server or network
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App's services
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or other analysis of the App
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Developer
Article 5 (Modification of Terms)
The Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if deemed necessary. If the User starts using the App after the change of these Terms, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms.
Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
The handling of personal information through the use of the App shall be in accordance with the separately established "Privacy Policy".
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
