Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how "LAST ONE" (the "App") handles user information. The operator handles your information appropriately in accordance with this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information stored on your device

  • The measurement targets you create (exercise name and unit), each session's record (reps, distance, time, set breakdown, date/time), cumulative totals, theme settings, and reminder settings.

All of the above is stored only on your device and is never sent to the operator's servers. The App does not ask you to enter personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.

1.2 Purchase information

  • In-app purchases (subscriptions) are processed by Apple (App Store), and purchase status is managed using RevenueCat. The operator never holds payment information such as credit card numbers.
  • To manage purchase status, an anonymous identifier tied to the purchase and the purchase/renewal state are used. These are not linked to personal information such as your name or email address.

1.3 Advertising information

  • On the free plan, the App shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may process advertising identifiers and device information.
  • The App does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. All ads are served as non-personalized. The App does not request iOS App Tracking Transparency and does not use device advertising identifiers (IDFA / advertising ID) for individual profiling.
  • Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent form via Google's certified Consent Management Platform (UMP). You can change your choice anytime in the App under "Settings → Ad privacy settings."
  • Ads are not shown to Pro (paid) users.
  • Google's handling of advertising data is governed by Google's policies.

1.4 Notifications

  • Reminder notifications are local notifications on your device. Scheduling and display happen entirely on-device; no push token or similar data is sent to the operator's servers.

1.5 Information we do not collect

  • The operator does not collect personal information such as your name, contact details, location, or contact lists. Your training records are never sent to the operator.

2. Purposes of Use

  • Providing the App's features (recording, display, reminders)
  • Providing and managing subscriptions
  • Serving and measuring ads on the free plan
  • Preventing malfunctions and improving quality

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

  • Providing subscriptions: performance of a contract
  • Advertising: consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland) / legitimate interests (elsewhere)
  • Fraud prevention and quality improvement: legitimate interests

4. Third Parties and Processors

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which processes information under its own privacy policy.

  • Apple (App Store and billing)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • Google AdMob (advertising; free plan only)

These services may process data in the US and other countries, relying on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. The operator does not sell or provide user information to any third party other than the above.

5. Data Retention

On-device records are kept until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Retention by third-party services follows each provider's policy.

You have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise them, please contact us at the address below.

  • On-device data can be erased by deleting it in the App or uninstalling the App.
  • Ad consent can be managed under "Settings → Ad privacy settings," and advertising identifiers can be managed in your device settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in law or improvements to the service. Material changes will be posted on this page.
