Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "LAST ONE" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service

The App records and displays your training records (reps, distance, time, sets, cumulative totals, and history) for the exercises you set up, and provides reminder notifications and similar features. The App does not guarantee any training results, health outcomes, improvements in physical ability, or any other outcome.

2. Pricing and Payment (In-App Purchases)

The App is free to use. The free plan displays ads. In addition, a paid plan, "LAST ONE Pro," unlocks additional features. All prices include tax and follow the App Store display.

  • LAST ONE Pro (monthly, auto-renewing): 350 JPY / month
  • LAST ONE Pro (annual, auto-renewing): 1,800 JPY / year
  • Pro provides unlimited measurement targets, removal of ads, and access to all themes.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in which case the renewal fee is charged.
  • After purchase, you can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal (cancel) from your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds follow Apple's terms and operations. The operator does not provide prorated refunds for the current period.

3. Health and Exercise Notice (Important)

  • The App does not provide professional medical or health advice. Perform training at your own discretion and responsibility.
  • If you have any medical condition, injury, or concern about your health, consult a physician or other professional before beginning exercise.
  • Expressions such as "until you can't do one more" describe a recording concept and do not encourage overexertion. Stop immediately if you feel pain or anything abnormal. The operator is not responsible for injuries or other outcomes associated with exercise.

4. Conditions of Use

  • You use the App at your own responsibility.
  • You are responsible for providing the devices, connectivity, and other requirements needed to use the App.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Unauthorized access to, or imposing excessive load on, the App or related systems
  • Circumventing usage restrictions, or modifying, disassembling, or otherwise analyzing the App
  • Infringing the rights or interests of others
  • Acts the operator deems inappropriate

6. Disclaimer

  • The operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content or features. The App does not guarantee training results or any other outcome, and the results of decisions and actions based on use of the App belong to you.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising to you from use of the App.
  • The App may be changed, suspended, or terminated without notice. The operator is not liable even if the App cannot be used due to connectivity or device issues.
  • Record data is stored on your device. Data may be lost due to loss or failure of the device, deletion of the App, and similar events; the operator is not responsible for preserving or restoring data.

7. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the operator or the rightful owners. You must not reproduce, modify, repost, or distribute them without the operator's permission.

8. Usage Restrictions

If you violate these Terms, the operator may take necessary measures such as suspending your use.

9. Changes to the Terms

The operator may change these Terms when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
