The developer of WidgeGo (hereinafter referred to as the "App") establishes the following privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information and data of users in the App.
All image data selected by the user, as well as setting data (metadata) such as cropping and rotation, are processed and saved solely within the user's device (locally). This data is never sent to external servers, nor is it collected or shared by the developer or third parties.
The App uses the following third-party services for the purposes of advertising delivery and in-app purchase (subscription) processing.
Google AdMob (Advertising Delivery)
The App uses Google AdMob to deliver ads. To deliver ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud, Google may collect the following information:
This information is sent directly to Google. The developer does not receive or store it. For details on how Google handles this information, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
Apple StoreKit (In-App Purchases)
We use systems provided by Apple Inc. to securely process premium plan purchases. The billing process is performed on Apple's servers, and the developer does not directly acquire users' credit card information.
Tracking permission (all regions)
To show ads that are relevant to you, the App may ask for your permission through the iOS "Allow Tracking" prompt. If you do not allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used. You can keep using the App either way. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Ad consent (users in the EU, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland)
In these regions, the App shows a consent screen on first launch asking whether information may be used for advertising. If you do not consent, personalized ads are not delivered. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the App under Settings > Ad Consent Settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
The App itself does not independently request, collect, or store users' personal information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.). Information optionally provided via inquiries, such as email addresses, will only be used for the purpose of replying and addressing the inquiries.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, erasure of, restriction of, and portability of your personal data, the right to object to its processing, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. Please note that advertising-related information is collected by Google and is not held by the developer.

Information collected by Google may be processed outside the EU and the UK, including in the United States. For the safeguards that apply to these transfers, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Retention
The developer does not store personal data through the App. Emails sent as inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the inquiry. If you would like your email deleted, please contact us at the address above.
The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by users due to the features provided by the App. Please use it at your own risk.
The contents of this policy may be changed without prior notice. The updated privacy policy will become effective from the time it is posted on this page or within the App.
