These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using "Surushinai" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. What the App does

The App asks you "yes or no" before you look at your phone, and records how many times you answered. It provides the record of your taps, today's totals, a look back over the last 7 days, and export/import of your records. The App does not guarantee that you will use your phone less, nor any other outcome.

2. Pricing and payment (in-app purchase)

The core of the App is free: answering the question, today's screen, the last 7 days, and export/import. In addition, a paid plan (a yearly, auto-renewing subscription) unlocks your full history, the shape of the hours you slip, and the differences between days of the week.

Prices include tax and follow what is shown in the App Store. No specific amount is written in these Terms.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically, and the renewal fee is charged, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
After purchase, you can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal (cancel) from your App Store account settings.
Refunds are subject to Apple's terms and practices. The Developer does not issue pro-rated refunds for the current period.

3. Conditions of use

You use the App at your own responsibility.
You are responsible for providing the devices and network connection needed to use the App.
The App stores data only on your device. If your records are lost through loss, failure, or replacement of your device, or by uninstalling the App, the Developer is not responsible for restoring them. Please keep your own backups using the export feature.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not do any of the following.

Anything that violates laws or public order and morals
Unauthorized access to the App or related systems, or placing an excessive load on them
Circumventing the App's usage limits, or modifying, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering it
Infringing the rights or interests of others
Anything the Developer judges to be inappropriate

5. Disclaimers

The Developer makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content or features. The App does not guarantee reduced phone use or any other outcome, and the results of the judgments and actions you take while using it are your own.
To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
The App may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without notice. The Developer is not liable if the App cannot be used because of network conditions or a fault in your device.

6. Intellectual property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the App belong to the Developer or to their rightful owners. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute them without the Developer's permission.

7. Restriction of use

If you breach these Terms, the Developer may take the measures necessary, including suspending your use of the App.

8. Changes to these Terms

The Developer may change these Terms as needed. If there are material changes, we will notify you within the App or by a method the Developer deems appropriate.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's location.

10. Notation based on the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

The notation required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions will be disclosed without delay upon request. Contact: support@pairmoni.com
