Overview

Surushinai asks you one question before you pick up your phone — yes or no — and keeps a count of the times you answered. It isn't here to block you or slow you down. It's here so that "I just found myself scrolling" becomes "I chose."

• See today's count of no's, and the shape of your day across 24 hours
• Look back over the last 7 days, one line per day
• Export and import your records as JSON, any time, for free

Tapping "Yes" does nothing at all. A number goes up by one, and that's it. The time you didn't answer is never counted — this is not a tool for telling you that you only answered three times today.

Pricing

Free to use: answering the question, today's screen, the last 7 days, and export/import. A paid plan (yearly, auto-renewing) opens up your full history, the hours where you tend to slip, and the differences between days of the week. There are no ads.
